NAF El Centro Air Show Blue Angels Season Opener

El Centro, California is the winter home and training base for the United States Navy Flight Demonstration Team, the Blue Angels. Each year their first show of the season takes place at NAF El Centro.
It’s a good show and attracts a lot of air show performers from around Southern California and beyond, and includes a variety of military flight demonstrations as well. Admission to the show is free so be sure to get in on the fun each season.
We are still waiting to see when the Blues will change over to their newly acquired FA-18 E/F Super Hornets and are looking forward to their first public display in that aircraft. We will keep you posted!
