California Intl Air Show - Salinas

California Intl Air Show Salinas

by John Thow

The California International Air Show in Salinas features a pretty different blend of aircraft compared to the other shows we attend, in that it features a variety of Canadian Forces airplanes as well as local civilian performers. It typically alternates annually between having the Blue Angels or the Thunderbirds and some years has featured the Canadian Snowbirds as well.

When we last got in on the fun, the show featured the Blue Angels and the Snowbirds and it is from that event that we are including a few pictures here to give you an idea of what to expect.

See our Air Show Calendar for current show schedules.
